Carla Peterson offers groups in SoulCollage®, which she has found to be an amazingly good fit with general psychotherapy as well as with Psychosynthesis. It is very useful for both personal and transpersonal growth. Most people find it to be a way of self-exploration and discovery that is fun, exciting and illuminating. If you are interested in learning more about SoulCollage, you can contact Carla Peterson at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  or by calling her at 715.379.1839. Or, you can visit the website of the SoulCollage® community at www.soulcollage.com.

SoulCollage® is a form of artistic and psychological expression of the individual personality. Seena Frost, a Jungian artist and art therapist created SoulCollage® first as a way of exploring her own personality and then, as it developed, used it to work with her clients. Over time, other therapists and soul workers asked her to train them in this way of working. By now, a few thousand SoulCollage® facilitators have been trained worldwide. The basic method is fairly simple, consisting of collaging images on 5" by 8" cards made of mat board. Each card represents/expresses one "energy" (called a neter in SoulCollage® - after an Egyptian word that means manifestation of a god/goddess). A foundational exercise, called the "I am one who" exercise allows that energy to speak aloud, rather than having the person just speak or write about the collaged card. This is a powerful exercise that often leads to insights about just what this part of self is, what its gifts are and what it needs to become more fully developed. .
