Move beyond the Idea of Awakening

and into the Direct Experience

of living awake.

Move beyond the idea of Awakening and into the Direct Experince of living awake.

You can read about awakening.

You can listen to teachers talk about it.

You can understand the concept.

But there is something different about directly recognizing what they are pointing to in your own experience.

Helen won't simply be talking about awakening.

She'll be offering practical ways to turn your attention inward and discover what is true...

for yourself.

Why does meditation sometimes feel like another thing to get right?

If you've spent years trying to...

quiet your mind,

stay present,

 or become a "better meditator,"...

 you're not alone.

But what if a peaceful mind isn't something you achieve?

What if it has always been here?

Quietly present all along.

Jody Agard gently points

beyond meditation as a technique

and into the direct recognition of the Infinite I AM...

the awareness that has never

come or gone.

In four Interactive Sessions.

Recognition naturally deepens
from seeking

to simply being.

Four Live & Interactive Sessions.

Recognition naturally deepens
from seeking

Session 1:

Who Is Meditating?

Tuesday, September 8th, 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm ET

Before understanding meditation, we begin with a more important question:

Who believes they're meditating?

Together we'll explore the difference between the personal self and the awareness that simply witnesses every experience.

We'll look at questions like:

Is peace something we create or something we recognize?

Are thoughts actually the problem?

Who is aware of the thoughts?

As this becomes clear, meditation begins to feel less like effort and more like coming home.

 Session 2:

Seeing Through the Personal Self

Monday, September 14th, 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm ET

What if the person we believe we are is not who we truly are?

Having questioned our understanding of meditation, we now begin exploring the one who believes they are meditating.

Together we'll take a closer look at:

Who is the “me” I believe I am?

What creates the feeling of being a separate self?

What remains when I stop identifying with the personal story?

As identification begins to soften, we may discover that what we truly are has been present all along and that true meditation isn't a 'doing' but a recognition.

Session 3:

Resting as What You Are

Monday, September 21st, 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm ET

As recognition deepens, meditation naturally shifts from doing... to being.

We'll explore:

What remains when thoughts come and go?

Can peace exist without changing experience?

What does it feel like to simply rest as awareness itself?

Rather than managing the mind, we'll discover the effortless simplicity of being what we've always been.

Session 4:

Living as What You Are

Monday, September 28th, 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm ET

Recognition doesn't end when meditation ends.

It begins to quietly inform everyday life.

Together we'll explore how this understanding naturally expresses itself in:

Relationships

Work

Decisions

Challenges

Ordinary moments

Meditation becomes less about sitting quietly...

...and more about living from
the recognition of the Infinite I AM.

Your Guide

Jody Agard

Jody Agard is a spiritual teacher devoted to revealing the simplicity of true meditation and the direct recognition of the Infinite I AM.

After years of searching through self-improvement, meditation, and spiritual teachings, Jody discovered that what she had been seeking had never been absent. That recognition quietly transformed her understanding of meditation, from something to practice into the natural recognition of what we are.

Her work invites us to move beyond concepts, beyond self-improvement, and beyond spiritual striving into the direct experience of the Infinite I AM. Through gentle inquiry, guided meditation, contemplation, and lived exploration, she points to the peace, stillness, and Presence that remain untouched by the changing movements of the mind.

Known for her warm, conversational style, Jody gently reminds us that we don't need to withdraw from ordinary life, travel to distant places, or become someone new in order to recognize our true nature and the deep peace that has always been here. The invitation is simply to recognize what has always been here and allow that recognition to naturally express itself in everyday life.

Her deepest joy is helping others discover that true meditation is not something we do, it is the natural recognition of what we are.
